Custom Data Recorder Paid APK 4.4

This versatile app allows you to create your own forms and enter the data you want to capture in the field. Your forms can allow you to enter text, numbers, dates, times, checkbox options, drop-down lists of defaults, photos, and your current GPS location. You can also add an auto-indexing ID field to your form. Once you’ve designed a form, you can easily share it with anyone else using the app by emailing it.

The data entered is stored in a database on the phone and can be shared with others by emailing it as a spreadsheet compatible CSV file. You can also export data to the phone’s internal storage and import data from a CSV file as long as the column names match the field names in the form. To get you started and show what’s possible, the app comes preloaded with a few sample modules: a simple address book, a driving log, a field sample recorder, and a questionnaire.
